CASCARA | DRIED COFFEE CHERRY

Coffee is a stone fruit. The core usually consists of two coffee seeds known as coffee beans. The surrounding pulp and husk (cascara in Spanish) can be dried and then used to prepare a tea-like and caffeinated infusion. Our cascara comes from the coffee bushes of a Pink Bourbon plot on Raw Material's in Colombia. With a moderate infusion of cold or warm water, a nectar-sweet, floral beverage is created.
